The Law "On the State Supervision over the International Transfer of Military Goods and Dual Use Commodities" is supplemented with the provision that a dual use service (technical assistance) is provision of foreign legal entities of foreigners in Ukraine or abroad with technical support connected with the repairs, development, manufacture, use, assembling, testing, modification, updating, support including author´s and warrantable supervision and any other maintenance of systems, equipment and its parts, software and technologies subject to state export supervision.
