We draw your attention to the fact that some mass media have misinterpreted the statements of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine made on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 concerning possible staff changes.

"Staff change is an unbiased and inevitable process, as everyone understands that after the political campaign, its active participants often get offices as the prize. Thus, they get a chance to prove their ability to occupy certain office by their activity. Now the matter depends on the people who are already occupying corresponding positions, as the success of authorities will be judged by the results of work. Not the distribution of offices, but the results of work. If there are no results, the changes will be made. There is no need to refer to experts, consultants or political consultants, as the changes will apparently take place, especially after October 31, 2010.
The current goal is revolutionary simple to achieve the result. Having felt determination, people are expecting the results. The situation is quite complicated, but no critical."
