The bill (Reg. No6491) suggests renovation of the efficiency of separate norms of the Law "On State Guarantees of the Citizens of Ukraine Savings Renovation" regarding the return of the compensational payments and formation of the register of debtors of the citizens´ savings that were implemented by the Law "On State Budget of Ukraine 2008 and on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" and were efficient till 31 December 2008.
The bill in particular envisages vesting the Oshadbank of Ukraine and legal successor of the former Ukrderzhstrakh with the right to form Informational - Analytical systems "Register of Debtors of Citizen´s Savings" and "Register of Insurance Companies and Insured People."
The amendments to the clause 6 envisage the right for the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to define the order of the compensational payments conduction.
