People´s Deputy V.Shemchuk,
author of the bill (Reg. No. 5207) calls for adopting the bill, as it is
impossible to institute administrative proceedings against the employees of
enterprises, establishments and organizations for violation of financial laws
(clause 164-2 of the Code
of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements), except of the subjects mentioned in clause 2
of the Law "On the State Supervision and Auditing Service in Ukraine."
The Committee members supported the bill, as its adoption will guarantee inevitability of punishment of the employees of enterprises, establishments and organizations for administrative infringements envisaged by clause 164-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
