The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to Clause 222 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements (re authorizing the Internal Affairs Bodies (the Police) to scrutinize the Cases on Administrative Financial Infringements)

People´s Deputy V.Shemchuk, author of the bill (Reg. No. 5207) calls for adopting the bill, as it is impossible to institute administrative proceedings against the employees of enterprises, establishments and organizations for violation of financial laws (clause 164-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements), except of the subjects mentioned in clause 2 of the Law "On the State Supervision and Auditing Service in Ukraine."   

 

The Committee members supported the bill, as its adoption will guarantee inevitability of punishment of the employees of enterprises, establishments and organizations for administrative infringements envisaged by clause 164-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
