Pursuant to the bill (Reg. No. 3554), the parliamentary hearings should be held "due to the rapid deterioration of culture, neglect of ethical norms, wide distribution of accessible products with negative influence on the public morality to prevent moral degradation of the public."
Holding of the parliamentary hearings should create necessary legal and socio-economic prerequisites to prevent influence of the negative moral phenomena on the development of people and protect the public morality on the whole.
