The Law enhances civil procedural legislation, fixing the term for the judge to scrutinize the appeal on errata and arithmetic mistakes correction in the juridical acts and pass a corresponding decisions.
The Law supplements clause 219 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine with the norm, under which the appeal on errata and arithmetic mistakes correction in the juridical acts shall be scrutinized in a ten-day term.
