The Committee members scrutinized the bills on amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine: Reg. No. 6495 submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and Reg. No.6495-1 submitted by the People´s Deputies O.V.Liashko, S.V.Soboliev, A.V.Senchenko and R.M.Zvarych.
The Committee members stated that the bills enhanced budgetary legislation and included provisions on further budget planning, strengthening of the financial support of the local self-government, application of modern methods of debt administration, improvement of the supervisory system in the budget process and responsibility for observance of budgetary legislation.
The Committee recommends that the Parliament adopts the bill on amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine (Reg. No.6495) as a basis.
