The bill (Reg. No.6479) authorizes to commit certain actions connected with economic activity or certain type of economic activity on the grounds of a material and technical base conformity declaration in the fields of health and disease control and construction.
The Committee members stated that via a material and technical base conformity declaration, the economic entity informs the public administrator or the representative of a licensing body about the conformity of the material and technical base with the laws.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will alleviate starting and conducting business in these fields.
