The bill (Reg. No.5196) supplements the list of economic entities subject to licensing with the activity related to stocking, processing, conservation, storage and delivery of human cells and tissue for medical purposes (activity of cell and tissue banks).
Final provisions of the bill state that legal entities regardless of their organizational-legal form and form of ownership, as well as sole proprietors who render services connected with stocking, processing, conservation, storage and delivery of human cells and tissue shall obtain licenses within a year since the licensing terms for a certain type of economic activity were ratified.
