The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Protection of Housing Rights of Orphans and Children deprived of Parental Care"

The Law enhances effective legislation of Ukraine as to the housing rights of orphans and children deprived of parental care. Thus, it specifies the procedure of housing and social housing registration, acquisition of housing by orphans and children deprived of parental care on attainment of 16 years of age.

A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No.3676.
