The Law defines that the business entity or its authorized body that intends to import radio-electronic means and emanating equipment to the territory of Ukraine or sell it shall submit a declaration and the documents required by the Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies in a single copy personally or by a registered letter.
A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 3047.
