The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Protection of Consumers)

The bill (Reg. No.3670) amends the Law "On Protection of Consumers". In Clause 9, it authorizes the seller to announce a longer period of exchange of quality goods; in Clause 23 it establishes a sanction for an infringement upon this right.
