The bill (Reg. No. 4505) introduces amendments to Clause 112 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine to harmonize it with Clause 2 of the Law "On the Security Service of Ukraine" that commissions the Security Service bodies to prevent, detect and cease corruption.
