The Committee recognized as such that harmonizes with the legislation of EU the bill on amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine regarding the prohibition on withdrawal of land and water areas form the nature-reserve fund property (Reg. No5125), aimed at the implementation of the extra measures to be taken to prevent the groundless withdrawal of land and water areas form the nature-reserve fund property.
The Committee recognized as such that harmonizes with the legislation of EU the bill on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the strengthening of the social guarantees for the youth, disabled and other unprotected citizens (Reg. No5299). In particular the bill suggests the implementation of the demand of the compulsory conclusion of the written form of the labour agreement with the graduates of the higher educational and profession-technical establishments; reduce the term of probationary period from 6 to 4 months; supplement the norm regarding the possibility of the alteration of the job under the simple condition of the reduction of the average wages.
