The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On the Licensing System in the Economic Sector" (re Performance of Economic Activity on the Grounds of the Declaration Submission) as a Basis

Pursuant to the bill (Reg. No. 6265), the right of an economic entity to perform economic activity or its certain types on the grounds of a material and technical base conformity declaration extends onto all types of economic activity, except those determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
