The bill (Reg. No.4492) extends the rights of the injured person and provides the guarantees of their protection through the improvement of the legal status of this person representative, possibility of the compulsory participation of the latter in the course of the inquest, pre-trial investigation, and judicial scrutiny of the criminal case.
The bill also implements the institution of rejection of the representative services on the part of the injured person, invitation of the representative and their participation in the process, as well as defines the status of a representative of the injured person on the analogy of the status of a defender of suspect, accused or a person under the jurisdiction.
