The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to Clause 43 of the Law "On Restoration of Debtor's Solvency or Filing for Bankruptcy" (re Enterprises using Nuclear Energy)

The bill (Reg. No.6413) suggests implementation of commercial failure peculiarities. It concerns enterprises that in their activity used nuclear energy; in particular it presupposes recognition of the body of the state regulation of the nuclear and radiation security or their regional inspections as the participants of the indicated commercial failure.
