In the course of the meeting, the
Parties discussed the cooperation results between the Committee and
representatives of the German Notarial Unions; participation of the German
Party in the issues of the development of the civilized legislation and notary
service board in Ukraine;
perspectives of the completion of the national notary service board reformation.
Serhii Husarov, the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Judicial Policy pointed out the attention to the positive experience of the cooperation of the Committee and German Fund on International Judicial Cooperation regarding the development of the Ukrainian civilized legislation.
Jens Broman, President of Federal Notarial Chamber of Germany, expressed hope for the completion of the notarial reform in Ukraine "by the means of the adoption of the harmonized Law on Notary Service Board that would combine best European traditions of notary activity and Ukrainian experience."
