Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, calls for holding the Parliamentary Hearings on Budget next Week
Speaking at the exit meeting of the Council of Regions in Lviv, V.Lytvyn stated that the budget hearings are necessary "to prepare the budget for the next year."
The Head of the Parliament stressed that the budget process shall be grounded on the provisions of the new Budget and Tax Codes. He supposes that the transitional provisions shall ban introduction of amendments to these documents during five years to prevent the increase of fiscal load.
