The bill (Reg. No. 4438) creates legal prerequisites for establishment of a new level of cooperation between the investigation and search departments of the law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine and peer units of foreign law-enforcement agencies.
The People´s Deputies stated that adoption of the bill will harmonize the legislative acts on international cooperation in the field of investigation and search activity with the Ukraine´s commitments, and will contribute to the efficient work of investigation and search departments of the law-enforcement bodies.
