Since 1 January 2010, the bill (Reg. No.5064) extends clause 53 of the Law "On Pension Provision" in the part of allocating the pension for the record of service at the rate envisaged for the persons of airplanes crew of the civil aviation.
The People´s Deputies emphasised that establishment of the pension rates since 1 January 2004 shall be effected according to the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance", thus, it can not be effected according to any other legislative acts.
The People´s Deputies emphasised that they did not object to the enhancement of the social security of the airplanes crews. However, they stressed that the bill in a suggested version needs to be drafted and can not be supported.
