The bill (Reg. No.6023) exempts the owners of building of educational and cultural establishments, institutions of physical culture and sports, and of medical and recreational purpose from the share fee in the development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure of the settlements.
These provisions shall extend onto cases, when the local self-government bodies set an amount of share fee in the development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure of the settlements for the owners of building of educational and cultural establishments, institutions of physical culture and sports, and of medical and recreational purpose, provided a corresponding agreement had not been concluded till the enactment of the law.
The Committee members supported the bill, since its adoption will create equal conditions for the economic entities of all forms of ownership, and bear positive impact on the provision of recreation and medical services to the citizens.
