The Bill (Reg. No6144) suggests the amendments to the Laws "On Executive proceedings", "On State Social Aid for the People with Disabilities from Childhood and Children with Disabilities" and to the Family Code that restrict the appeals on charge from the property and disabled income."
The bill suggests the amendments to the clause 62 of the Law "On Executive Proceedings", envisaging the prohibition on charge on house, apartment another establishments that are estate property of disabled ownership.
In the course of the discussion, the People´s Deputies expressed propositions regarding the scrutiny of the issue on reduction of the charges at the rate lesser then the minimal living wage for the persons that lost working capacity; spread of the charge restrictions on other property of people with disabilities etc.
The Committee members emphasised that the suggested amendments and also propositions and remarks of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate are to be taken into the consideration in the course of the bill elaboration for the second reading.
