The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements (re Strengthening of Responsibility for Infringements concerning Children)

The bill (Reg. No.2327) amends clauses 24, 156, 184, 221, 262, 263 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, strengthening responsibility for the protection of children´s interests, establishing responsibility for violation of rules of the low-alcoholic beverages sale, and supplementing the Code with a new type of administrative penalty community service.
