The bill (Reg. No.6247) amends Clause 18 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, referring the administrative cases with the participation of the regional council, Kyiv or Sevastopol city councils to the jurisdiction of district administrative courts. It also supplements the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine with Clause 171-1, determining specificity of consideration of cases on resolutions, activity or passivity of the power entities regarding institution of administrative legal proceedings. The bill also amends Part 1 of Clause 185 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, depriving the parties, other participants of the proceedings and persons - non-participants of the right to appeal against the resolution of the first instance court.
