The Law introduces a new budget program on reimbursement of expenses to the agricultural producers for a cow available on 1 January 2010, which shall be launched on 1 January 2011 instead of 1 January 2010. The People´s Deputies believe that in the result of the untimely adoption of the budget for 2010, agricultural producers can lose governmental support this year, as the legislative provision on budget-2010 will not be effective, while the provision of the Law "On Value Added Tax" will lose its force. The People´s Deputies believe that the budget program on support of agricultural producers should be launched on 1 January 2011, taking all the organizational measures in the current year.
