The bill (Reg. No.6244) enhances the procedure of allocating the state social aid to the low-income families. Pursuant to the bill, if a family deliberately misinformed or disguised information that influenced or could influence recognition of the right for the state social aid and determination of its amount, the aid shall be allocated since the month that follows the month when the infringement was revealed.
The Committee members upheld the bill, since its adoption will enhance administrative and financial relations in the field of social security.
