The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy, and Entrepreneurship upholds the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Enhancement of Responsibility of the Officials for Interference with the Entrepreneurial Activity"

The bill (Reg. No.6353) enhances responsibility of the officials of authorities, local self-government bodies and law-enforcement agencies. The bill establishes tough penalties for violation of legislation on official activity.

The Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will form a legal framework of prevention of and counteraction to official malfeasances, reinforcing influence of the state on the corruption officials."
