The bill (Reg. No4815) suggests defining of the legal basis for the conduction of extraordinary inspections of business entities and specification of the authorities of the taxation bodies regarding the conduction of planned and extraordinary inspections.
Relevant amendments are to be introduced to the Laws: "On Basis of the State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Activity Sector", "On State Taxation Service of Ukraine", "On Value-Added Tax", "On Licensing of Certain Types of the Activity", "On Compulsory State Insurance in Case of the Unemployment", "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance", "On Motor Transport" and also top the Code of Administrative Infringements.
In the course of the discussion, the Committee members stated that the adoption of the suggested amendments to the Law "On Basis of the State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Activity Sector" would have negative impact on the consumers rights protection and would case the increase of sale of low-quality goods and reduce the services quality, and amendments to the Laws "On State Taxation Service of Ukraine" and "On Compulsory State Insurance in Case of the Unemployment" would cause misuse of public funds.
