The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the Protection of Land Capacity" as a Basis

The bill (Reg. No. 6346-1) was drafted to strengthen economic conditions of national agricultural producers. It will prevent significant losses in the year 2010 sustained by the agricultural enterprises for the development of special land management projects for the lands of trade agricultural production. It will also form financial reserves for the development of these land management projects in 2011.
