V. Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine does not exclude the Ratification of the New Treaty on Dislocation Terms of the Black Sea Fleet of Russian Federation in Crimea, after the signing of the Treaty on terms prolongation till the year 2042 on Next Tuesday Interview for the Informational Agency "Interfax-Ukraina."

 

In the interview for Informational Agency "Interfax-Ukraina." on Wednesday, V. Lytvyn declared: "I had consultations, conversations with Borys Hryzlov it is highly possible under the condition all the documents will be efficiently directed to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. We need to adopt the Budget, taking into the consideration the price factor, after the Treaties signed in Kharkiv."

 

The Chairman pointed out the attention to the necessity of the vast scrutiny of this issue before its ratification for the people receive complete and true information, in order we have motives for the adoption of such a treaty", V. Lytvyn declared.

 

"I am convinced we ought to scrutinize this issue as in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as in the State Duma", the Chairman stated, though he failed to name the exact date of such scrutiny. "The President of Ukraine is supposed to introduce the relevant document. I am convinced it would be defined as immediate for scrutiny. I suppose it would be the next plenary week", V. Lytvyn announced.
