The Bill (Reg. No4382) suggests adding
the Civil Code of Ukraine according by the new clause 1056-2 that defies the
order of the credit contract altering in connection with the considerable
worsening of the finance situation of the borrower individual person.
In the course o f the discussion of the document it was emphasised that the issue of altering or dissolution of the treaties is already regulated by the clauses 651-654 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
The People´s Deputies are convinced that the allotment the bank borrowers with the right to demand the altering of the credit contract condition without taking into the consideration the finance possibilities of bank may cause the reduction of the bank solvency and non-fulfillment of the obligation before creditors and depositors.
