The Bill (Reg. No6122) introduces the amendments to the closing principles of the Law "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine regarding Overcoming of the Negative Consequences of the Finance Crisis" that are aimed at the reduction of such restrictions regarding crediting in foreign currency. Moreover, amendments to the clause 2 and 13 of the Law "On Regime of Foreign Investing" it is suggested to cancel the reinforced control and extra restrictions regarding the foreign investments.
