The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Introduction of an Economic Entities Electronic State Registration System)

The bill (Reg. No.6261) introduces amendments to the Economic Code of Ukraine and the Laws "On State Registration of the Legal Entities and Individual Persons-Entrepreneurs" and "On Accounting and Financial Records" to form an Economic Entities Electronic State Registration System in Ukraine.

In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the adoption of the bill will simplify obtaining of the data from the Single State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Persons-Entrepreneurs, protecting the property rights of the legal entities.
