The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Restoration of the State Ownership of Integral Property Complex of "Kherson Machine-Building Plant" Limited Liability Company" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.4530) suggests restoration of the state property of the integral property complex of "Kherson Machine-Building Plant" Limited Liability Company.

Pursuant to the Bill, the Cabinet of Ministers is obliged to take necessary measures to reverse the indicated enterprise and envisage necessary funds for the reversion in the Draft Budget for 2010.
