The Bill (Reg.№4179) envisages amended Law, prohibiting amnesty granting in the course of the inquest, pre-trial investigation and in case the criminal case is under the judicial proceedings though is not yet scrutinized by the latter.
The Bill also broadens the convicted circle towards whom the amnesty is not to be implemented.
Moreover, the Bill suggests the amendments to the order of exemption from supplementary measure of punishment.
