The Verkhovna Rada of Ukrainy adopted as a basis the Bill "On Amendments to the Clause 191 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine" (regarding vesting the Legal Notification)

The Bill (Reg. No1121 suggests implementation of the norm that incase the break in the sitting or recall of the case by the initiative of a person, he/she is vested with the legal notification.
