The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization" (re Leading of Mobilization Tasks (Orders))

The Bill (Reg.№5069) directed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine envisages broadening of the authority of the central and local executive authorities and other state bodies, local self-governing bodies regarding the leading of the mobilization tasks (orders)to the enterprises, organizations and institutions irrespective of their ownership form.
