In particular, the Committee recognized as such that comply with the European Union legislation the Bill on State Migration Service of Ukraine (Reg. No.4797) that suggests defining of the structure, activity principles, tasks and functions of the indicated service bodies and order of service in its subdivisions.
The Committee members mentioned that due to its subject of legal regulation the Bill belongs to the sphere of justice, liberty and security.
The Committee also scrutinized the Bill on amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine on the State Migration Service of Ukraine (Reg. No4798) that suggests the amendments to the Laws "On Legal Status of Foreigners and Persons without Citizenship" and "On Order of Entry to and Exit from Ukraine of the Citizens of Ukraine."
In the course of the sitting it was declared that the Bill harmonizes with the European Union Legislation.
