Among them the basic Bill "On Basic Principles of the Activity ion the Sphere of Health Protection" (Reg.№5054) that envisages the optimization of the heath protection establishments, defines the priorities of the primary medical care on the family medicine basis and its correlation with the secondary and tertiary medical care. It also specifies the competence spheres in the health protection field of the different state power branches and local self-government bodies. The document also specifies the rights and obligations of separate population groups, medical and pharmaceutical specialists.
Moreover, the Committee members are intent to scrutinize the Bill on financing of the health protection sphere and compulsory social medical insurance in Ukraine (Reg. No 4744).
The People´s Deputies also work under the Bill on amendments to the Law "On Fighting Tuberculosis" (Reg.№4164). As it was emphasized in the Committee, the document is elaborated with the consideration of the modern world practice on legal regulation of the tuberculosis and other infection illnesses fighting problems.
