The Bill (Reg. No. 6039), submitted by People´s Deputy S.Teriokhin, regulates the order of calculation and payment of the rental fee for oil, natural gas and gas condensate extracted in Ukraine. Prior to adoption of the Taxation Code of Ukraine, it terminates the Law "On the Rental Fees for Oil, Natural Gas and Gas Condensate".
The author deems necessary to adopt the Law to prevent possible regulation of one tax by two different laws.
The Committee members upheld the Bill, as its adoption will eliminate double taxation of the rental fee for oil, natural gas and gas condensate extracted in Ukraine, as well as guarantee UAH 6 billion as State Budget revenue from this payment.
