On Tuesday, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, is going to address the Coalition Board with a Demand to present the Documents confirming its Activity
"Show us 226 signatures on the existence of any coalition and I will announce that new, old, modernizes coalition exists", - V. Lytvyn declared in the course of the interview for the journalists on Wednesday.
The Head of the Parliament expressed hope that the People´s Deputies do not expect the early elections of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine even under the condition of "passing places" in the party registers. Thus, V. Lytvyn is convinced that the People´s Deputies of Ukraine are supposed "to be mobilized and work efficiently."
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine announced that he received from the Party of Regions faction representatives the Coalition Resolution draft which he characterized as "the universal document without indications what factions would participate in the coalition formation."
V. Lytvyn also briefed that he failed to make himself familiar with the document.
Giving the answers to the journalists questions, the Head of the Parliament also stated that the legislation does not envisage the formation of "the technical" government.
Giving comments regarding the situation with the initiative on the expressing of non-confidence vote to the Government, V. Lytvyn declared: "It is inadmissible that the Parliament is used for the implementation of certain scenarios." "One should be aware of the fact that it is extremely necessary to stop the war and who enlist as a volunteer for this war", - the Chairman stated. Today, according to V. Lytvyn one may observe a situation when "elections are finished but the war commenced." He repeatedly made the point it is inadmissible.
The Head of the Parliament reminded that the issue on the vote of nonconfidence to the government is to be scrutinized pursuant to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Regulations: the Committee on Rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Ethics and Support to Work of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine during four days is supposed prepare the questions for the Government, the latter, in the course of three days is obliged to give answers to them and in ten days term front eh moment of Resolution draft registration the Parliament is supposed to implement the day of this issue scrutiny.
