The legislative act amends the effective Law to simplify the procedure of licensing documents issue. Moreover, it introduces the system of their issue on the basis of organization unity (a licensing centre) at the regional level and the levels of Kyiv and Sevastopol cities.
Pursuant to the Law, a licensing system in the economic activity sector is a totality of legally regulated relations between the licensing bodies, State administrators and economic entities due to the issue and re-drafting of licensing documents, issue of their copies and their cancellation.
The effect of the Law extends on the licensing bodies, State administrators, authorized agency and economic entities that intend to involve into or are currently involved into economic activity.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 1362.
