The Bill (Reg. No.3203) suggests defining of the legal basis of the organization and functioning of the sociological activity subjects. In particular, it defines the registration and regulation ordering of the sociological centers and services activity in Ukraine, determines the order of the sociological studies conduction on the territory of Ukraine by the foreign sociological services etc.
In the course of the sitting, the People´s Deputies expressed certain number of remarks regarding the Bill. In particular, V. Polokhalo emphasized that the Bill specifies neither who exactly is a subject of the sociological activity nor the state body authorized to register its activity.
Moreover, the Committee members pointed out the attention of the conclusions of the experts concerning unconformity of the bill principles with Clause 3 of the Law "On Licensing of Certain Economic Activity Types."
