The Committee on Human Rights, National Minorities and International Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (regarding the Proceeding Issues on Migration and Individuals Registration Cases)

The Bill (Reg. No5278) introduces the amendments to certain Laws that suggest the issue on proceeding in migration cases, issues on citizenship, immigration and individual persons registration should be under the authority of the newly formed in State Emigrational Service in Ukraine.

The Committee members emphasized also that this matter is extremely essential in the connection with the ratification and implementation of the Treaty between Ukraine and European Community on readmission.
