The Bill (Reg. No4638) suggests the amendments to the effective Law with the principles pursuant to which, acts of local self-government officials and bodies are divulgated through their publishing in printed mass media and web-sites of the relevant self-government bodies during the period of not more than 14 days from the moment of adoption.
The People´s Deputies emphasized that the Bill is elaborated in order to eliminate ambiguities in legislation as the Bill strictly defines the terms and ways of the publishing.
It was also informed by the Committee that the 14 days term is established as the majority of the local printed mass media are published once a week.
