Oleksandr Lavrynovych: Ukraine shall have the Authorities, not the Present-Day Disorder
Destiny of the Parliament directly depends on the results of the presidential elections. It was declared by the First Deputy Chairman in the course of the exclusive interview for "Holos Ukrainy" newspaper.
"It is obvious that we appeared in the situation when the government possesses enormous authority and do not feel any responsibility as there is no parliamentary majority the government was formed by and provides the legitimacy of its program legal implementation. Theoretically the work of the government fails to be effective. It is even dangerous for the state", - O. Lavrynovych explained.
"We still have the political figure such as a Prime Minister that does not recognize any laws and rights if they do not follow her success logics. I suppose that after the presidential elections we will face new political shock and I hope it will be the last one."
Giving the answers to the questions whether there is basis in the parliament for the formation of the effective coalition, O. Lavrynovych stated: "According to the norms of the effective Constitution, it is rather problematic, though it is still possible."
Expressing his personal opinion concerning the fact whether the pre-termed parliamentary elections are appropriate or probably it is more reasonable to from the new coalition, O. Lavrynovych proclaimed that: "Ukraine shall have the authorities, not the present-day disorder"
Giving comments concerning the budget process in the state, the First Deputy Chairman supposes that the Budget 2010 would be submitted for the parliamentary scrutiny in March by the new government.
