The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to Clause 13 of the Law "On State Support of Agriculture" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.5277) suggests exclusion from the text of the effective Law, the norm, pursuant to which, the calculations order of monthly percent for the rates of the actually granted and prolonged credits for enterprises of agricultural sphere are defined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
