The Verkhovna Rada adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Motor Roads" (regarding the Licensing of the Roadside Service Placement)

The Bill (Reg. No. 5041) supplements the legislatively determined list of road service objects and introduces a new term "elements of sanitary maintenance of motor roads".

The Bill adoption will facilitate further development of motor roads infrastructure and provide safe, economical and comfortable traffic conditions.
